| We provide sanctuary for experiencing what the Kabbalah calls “the Beyond that lies Within”Mysticism is knowledge through which the human being comes into contact with God [however the experiencer may define ‘God’] or foundational knowledge of the world . Mysticism is an experiential endeavor pertaining to the Consciousness of the Universe and the foundations of ultimate reality to which the human being connects. |
IN THE SESSIONS WE WILL COVER A RANGE OF TOPICS (NOT NECESSARILY IN ORDER): WHAT IS MYSTICISM ; CULTURAL CONNECTIONS OF MYSTICISM; TECHNOLOGIES OF THE SACRED; MYSTICISM AND EXPERIENCES OF THE HOLY; . IS THERE A PHYSICAL SEAT OF MYSTICAL EXPERIENCE?; TYPES OF MYSTICAL EXPERIENCE; MAKING SENSE OF MYSTICAL EXPERIENCES.
EVENINGS WILL CONSIST OF A PERIOD OF STUDY AND LEARNING – AND AN EXPERIENTIAL, PARTICIPATORY ACTIVITY TO HELP STIMULATE MYSTICAL EXPERIENCES.
